Check Completed Magento Site and Highlight and Correct any Issues.

Hi ! I have had an Online Store created from a Magento Template but I have had several issues along the way . I want to have another developer check the site over and highlight any issues and carryout any corrections if needed . I am not looking to have the site reworked as I am happy with the general appearance . But I need confirmation that all vital components are in place. Anything that does require attention would have to be sorted . I pretty much know what state of completion the site is in but want confirmation from someone with professional experience. I feel I have been taken for a ride by previous developers on this job so I am moving it from another on line agency to this one . I am looking for someone I will be able to rely on for any future work so I will not just settle for the first one that comes along . Also there is no large budget available so if you are a premium rate developer it is not going to work . I will work with anyone from any country if the price is right and they can do the job . The site is a Lingerie site and once this work is completed it will be passed on to have an Automated Inventory Management system installed so I need to be sure everything is in place and fully operational.
