Complete Delivery webpage system to support in (CMS) (joomla or wordpress)

Complete Delivery webpage system to support in (CMS) (joomla or wordpress). One delivery component to make online orders in real time, for multiple delivery shops (multiple shops at list view) and for single shops, to work in single mode (only the menu of each shop) to use in different websites. Totally needed 3 Apps. The first App is to manage the shops (Dashboard manage app). To take in real time the orders, and send back notification in real time to customer about the time to receive the food. (I want one extra thing here out of all standard to see for examples.) I want the customer take the exact delivery time and give the last ok about the delivery time. (Maybe response time is not ok and the customer want reject the order). The shop manager app (Dashboard app) keeps all email addresses and phone numbers from customers (to use for email marketing and sms marketing). And keep all orders data about daily sells and monthly sells. All data, emails and phone numbers can take easy each shop with email from the system. Support print orders with thermal printer (epson) Interface system language English and Greek (I assist in Greek translation). The second App is for multiple shops. (Visitors app, Support IOS & Android) Example of Main app page. One full screen background image , logo in the top and two buttons, one “Delivery” or “Take away” and down one position with GPS map to find the correct location of each customer. (It needs to be possible that map can movie the point of location, maybe GPS not find the correct location and each visitor find alone the correct point) The third App is for Single business. Only to change to that app, can replace the app logo and name to use for different shop. In main page only to change is the easy logo replay and the first view. Facebook online orders from fun page too. Totally I want one complete delivery order manager in real time with everything needed for that. (customer register, shop register, orders history, multiple addresses, order history (and for shops and for visitors) and everything else needed to look serious and professional.
