I have a web site design database driven by MySQL that I need making into a website that can have the design changed by selecting a different skin and installing it. In a way it would similar to wordpress. The idea is that some one can install the web site and if they want a new design can pick one from within the admin section of the website and change the design without having to re write all the information back into the website about the business etc. Must be mobile friendly and tablet friendly, work on all platforms.
