Convert very simple html design to Wordpress blog theme

This is a simple task for someone that knows how to make a Wordpress theme. I want to take the general design of this website, [login to view URL], and change it to a wordpress blog theme. I need to keep the graphic of the girl for the header, and keep the green background for the posts (graphic [login to view URL]). The header jpg (without the title embedded) to use is: bg-1-header-no-text.jpg. I would like to keep the rest of her hair and left-side graphic: bg-2a.png. The title in the header - "The Makeup Touch" should be in Brush Script Standard only and "by Aliza K" in Tekton Pro Condensed or some very similar font. (The title can be all on one line, The Makeup Touch by Aliza K." Or the "by Aliza K" can be below it, as in the website example.) The post titles should be the same color as the "Welcome!" on the home page - red 128, green 128, blue 128. The links - Home, About Me, etc., can remain black and be either to the left side or on top, whatever works best and is simple. Right now the hover buttons on the links don't work correctly but you can use the same green as the background for the hover: red 164, green 205, blue 59. Would prefer a 2-column with the posts on the left and sidebar on the right. The background graphics can be downloaded at: [login to view URL] There are some additional graphics that made up the look of the website(filler pieces, horizontal lines, etc) if you need them. What I need is a Wordpress theme with items noted above, which will replace the current home page. I will provide you the ftp details to upload it. It is okay to overwrite what is there already. I can migrate the info from the 4 pages into the blog myself. Just need the theme. I need the job done and uploaded in 1 day.
