Create A Special Type Of Watch List For My Wordpress Woocommerce Ecommerce Site

I'm looking for someone who can create a very special type of watch list for my wordpress and woocommerce powered ecommerce website. Buyers/members should be able to add any of the products on the marketplace to their list. They will then be notified as soon as any of the items on their list runs out of stock or lowers/raises in price. They should also be notified when an out of stock item on their list comes back in stock. Basic functions When item runs out of stock – member receives email notification, product status turns red and to out of stock on their list When item raises in price – member receives email notification, product price section turns to a red ''raised'' on list When item lowers in price – member receives email notification, product price section turns to green ''lowered'' on list When an item that has previously ran out of stock, comes back into stock, product status turns blue and to back in stock on list There should be a ‘’reset’’ button which will allow the member to reset any product on the list when the item changes so that it goes back to neutral. For example, if an item raises in price and shows as ‘’raised’’ on list, buyer can reset it so that it goes back to blank. If an out of stock item comes back into stock and status turns blue, member can reset item so that it goes back to neutral. Buyers should be able to create up to 3 lists.
