Create a WordPress Template

We have an online trade magazine - e-zine (flip book in design) that has been built in WordPress. see [login to view URL] Currently example adverts are not page-grid based. We require a quotation to create standard-sized template-based product advertisements. The adverts in any combination should able to fit to one standard size page. Most adverts will be the smallest size. In the suggested example grid attached - their are 9 equal standard sized adverts. There may be 6. In the 9 example - an advertiser can select space occupied by 3 standard adverts 1/3 page or 6 standard size to create 2/3 rd page advert or a full page that occupies the space of 9. The sizes can be defined by a simple grid into which adverts are placed. Template for advert should include headline, product photo, product description copy, advertiser contact details if applicable - and space to place a brand logo where available. If these content items are not applicable / available - the advert should look great. All adverts must link from an Advertiser Product Index. Content for adverts must be simple, uniform and easy for Advertiser to supply content. The addition of new or replacement adverts should be simple and very quick to create. Update of current e-zine with example retail product adverts for sales demo 4. Simple tutorial should we wish to create and add adverts ourselves 5. Price to create each single advert going forward, (content supplied), place in grid-managed page and update and link to advert from Advertiser Product Index page in magazine
