Custom Coded Content Web Pages

I want a small custom coded content rich site of a couple of pages or so similar to camelspiders.info. It will be capable of loading images and editing content. It must be simple for me (non-techo) to be able to update simply and capable of generating a revenue. I would like it to be offbeat and unusual. It will be for the logging of the success of treatment of a skin lesion. It will also need a paypal link. There may be a second site to do as well. Would appreciate your ideas.
