Hello Sir, I am Graphic designer and a web developer. Please have a look at my freelancer portfolio. The information which I have got from your project description is you are an event manager and now you need a website for yourself. Now I will design the site from scratch. Will give a very much smart and pro look to the site and then I will do the html css and the backend. I will provide you a backend admin panel to you with the site so that in furture you can make any changes to the site you want. I plan to do the website in custom php/mysql. But if you want we can also do in wordpress. But I want to do this in custom programming because if we do so then we can make just any changes to the site in future and there will be no limitations.
