Design and implement two inner pages for aweb site

I need to have two inside pages (not home page) designed for my web site.
This needs to include the following
- A header banner with logo and links
- A top navigation menu
- content container with content inside
The two pages will have slightly different banner and navigation but most part is similar except for content. The idea is to have very simple design and I have some sample sites in mind which I want to mimic, so not much of a design work is needed here.
The project requires initial design pages and the final html/css pages. I would like you to use blueprint css framework.
Duration: Maximum 5 days. Time is really critical for me.
