Neo4j installation

Neo4j installation I need neo4j installed on my shared hosting. Also I need a simple web page interface to allow users of the site to query the database using premade queries and the cypher query language. The results of the query should be returned like on the web admin of neo4j. Please start your reply to this posting with the word ‘understood’. These are the differences between the neo4j console and the requested web app: • I must be able to set query time limit so that users don’t overload the system with super complex queries. • Only one chart should show at a time not like in the backend of neo4j that the old charts slide down.
