***PLEASE NOTE: ONLY THOSE AGENCIES THAT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND CAPACITY SHOULD APPLY*** ***READ THE ATTACHED RFP DOCUMENT AND YOUR SUBMISSION NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE RFP DOCUMENT ALONG WITH THE PRICING SECTION*** This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of services related to managing, running, measuring, and delivering Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Website Design services for our Digital Marketing Agency. Only proponents that feel confident in their ability to provide such services shall apply. Our firm operates in the U.S. and Canada and services clients all over the world. We have been increasingly expanding our client base and are looking to shift our back-office operations (web developers and designers, PPC campaign managers, link building experts, content creators, and social media experts) to save operational costs and to provide additional capacity. We are looking for the successful proponent to service between 10-20 new clients a month. This will be on an on-going basis where you will continue servicing existing clients and 10-20 new clients will be added every month. We intend to award contracts to two firms that have scored the highest in our rated criteria. The rated criteria will look at Experience and Qualifications, Provision of Similar Services, and Overall Pricing.
