I am designing a new game using UDK. I want someone who is capable in UnrealScript to set me up a camera system extending from UTGame that does the following:
Mode [login to view URL] not pressing any button,then it follows the player in third person view, from behind, while showing no HUD.
Mode [login to view URL] the Right mouse button is pressed, then it changes to a shoulder view and the HUD becomes [login to view URL] release of the? Right mouse button the camera goes back to mode 1.
Both modes of the camera must have collision detection so that it will not clip when it is near a wall or ceiling.
For the HUD no work has to be done, just use the default one. You can see the camera system in Mass Effect for an example. The final script must also have a couple of variables in the default properties section that will let me fine tune the position of the camera (position, FOV, pitch).
