A person to help build a software product for me.

What I want done is to have made a product to help Elementary Teachers teach Phonics more readily and effectively. The product must be able to be brought up on a laptop computer screen and then projected or transmitted to a larger remote screen. The screen or "board" that most schools use is called the ActiveBoard or ActivePanel by Promethian Planet. My product will use the whole rectangular computer screen. The rectangular screen will be divided into three horizontal rectangles (picture it). The middle third of the screen will look like a 5-windows, SCROLLABLE "Phonics Flipchart" (google it) where words are built, and where I can get started on loading this middle third section with all kinds of consonant and vowel combinations that teachers need. The top third section will have 4 SCROLLABLE windows where words are built but in a slightly different way, and also the other area I want to get started in filling these cells and sections with all kinds of needed content. The bottom third of the product is is where the newly generated/built words are sent to a Worksheet page (or, assorted Worksheet pages) below, which are also printable for kids to work on. *Can't wait to get with someone who can helped me get this one of my dreams developed. If I knew how I'd be done. I need someone with your patience and ability.
