Creating 25 Page form in Word locking the doucment to only allow you to fill in the required information. We are looking for someone with excellent microsoft word experience who can create the described form within word. All questions will be listed and sent to you then we need this information changed into a form with a logo (that will be provided). The form must be locked so only the required informaiton can you filled in, in the correct areas. Some question may require tick boxes. Must be able to open form different version of Microsoft latest version it will be opened in is Microsoft 2003. We are looking for a fixed cost for the project.
