I can start immediately, and will work quickly. I would prefer to move your document over to InDesign to have better creative control over the layout (Word gets fussy), but I can work within Word if needed. I'm excellent at formatting and layout, and have laid out books previously (an example is in my portfolio). I'm relatively new to ebooks, but I have printed several books and worked with printers' requirements. I'd just have to see what CreateSpace requires for formatting and go from there. If you search Amazon for Defenestration Press, you will find many books, ebooks and otherwise, that I published for the Kindle and CreateSpace. There are more books on Amazon that I had a hand in as well for other clients. If you hire me, I will do the same work for you. For the images, there is a special way to format them for Kindle so they are smaller in file size, yet retain their readability. This is because Amazon charges the author (removes the money from your royalties ) for large ebooks. A smaller file size means Amazon takes less of your money above the 30 to 70 percent it already takes for ebooks. If you let me work for you, you will not be disappointed.
