Clean Up Hacked Wordpress Sites

I have several Wordpress sites that have been hacked (30 websites in total). There is a wave of hackers targeting Australian websites because of the political situation between Australia and Indonesia... I would like for you to take a look at these and clean up the [url removed, login to view] files (where the code is) and then update the Wordpress websites and put in place some security so this is less likely to happen in the future.
