Creare un Modello Wordpress

Customize a form for an existing Wordpress website [login to view URL] using a wp-plugin (reccomended Caldera but also contact7 or Gravity would be fine).

- customer log in in [login to view URL]

- insert his mail - if his mail is already present in the DB then an error msg is return <<usr esistente>> no duplicated mail for users are possible --DATA VALIDATION--

- insert his name (nome) surname (cognome) and telephone no (telefono)

- select a segment: Corporate(Grandi Aziende), SME (PMI), Individual (individui), Istitutions (Istituzioni) --DROP-DOWN LIST--

- depending on the segment slelect different roles list are defined, he needs to pick up its proper role --CONDITIONAL LOGIC--

FOR LARGE COMPANIES (•HR, •[login to view URL], •Dir qualità, •Plantmanager, •Innovationmanager/R&D Manager •Project/Program Manager •Capo commesse)

FOR SME (•Titolare, •Dir. Amministrazione, •Dir. Stabilimento, •[login to view URL] •Dir. Ufficio tecnico)

FOR INSTITUTIONS (•ProgramManager, •Capi dipartimento •Capi area •Selezione fornitori •Responsabil iMarketing)

FOR INDIVIDUALS (Collaboratori •Professionisti, •Neo Laureati, •Manager: Sviluppo carriera •Manager: Ricollocamento)

- If the user tipe is a Corporate a SME or an Istitution he must fill a second page regarding his company --CONDITIONAL LOGIC--

- he select his organization form a list (of about 500 organizations) this list will be provided in xls --AUTOCOMPLETE--

!!Nice To Have a categorization SME, Corportate, Institutions -to be quoted!!

- if his organization is not in the list then he should complete a second page:

- Organization Name

- Organization VAT Number

- Organization Adress

-Best Time to contact

- After all fields are completed a mail is submitted to him
