Convert Flash+XML site to HTML5+XML site (mobile compatible)

Hello, I currently have a fairly basic website that was built for me in Flash that is populated with XML - I want someone to re-build the website for me with the exact same look and functionality, but using HTML5 instead of Flash. I still would prefer if the site is able to use XML to populate content, as this is a very easy way for me to update the site (it's more convenient than having to update multiple files). Please contact me via PMB and I will send you the URL of the website for you to look at. I would like the site to be mobile-friendly (i.e. compatible with iPhone/iPad/Android/Blackberry devices). It does not need to have a special "mobile version" it just needs to be viewable on these devices (this is why I want the site moved out of Flash, because it is not compatible with iPhone/iPad/etc.). This site has a built-in gallery page that prevents people from saving the high-resolution images (because you can't Right Click > Save in Flash)...I would like something similar (if possible) done in HTML5 to prevent people from being able to steal my images. Please include with your message how long the project will take you to complete as well as examples of Flash/HTML5 work you have done previously.
