Designing of a utility for Microsoft CRM 3.0

We have Microsoft CRM installed on our servers, whe had got the same customized some time back as per our needs, now we are looking for some added functionality in the same to make it more versatile, the application is simple and small. What we need is 1. The person or team should be very well versed with developing and customising MS CRM 3.0 2. We will be providing with a dummy data, and the customization needs to be done by the free lancer at its own place, If the freelancer is from Delhi or NCR, then he can do it on site as well. 3. The changes which needs to be done is as below. a. We have a set of data uploaded onto CRM under contacts with a unique ID b. This data is one year old c. Now the Unique ID needs to be changed due to some reason. d. The change in ID will have to happen by way of upload. e. The upload should also be able to change (Update) any old data f. If the corrosponding data for a unique ID is missing, then it should be able to create and Append that ID g. All the above process to take place without the chenge getting affected in the older database and its corrosponding casses. In case of further information, please feel free to ask here.
