The chosen developer would need to develop a template for the base layout which all of the online magazines would use. Once the base layout for the template is done then you would have to just add theme, color scheme, and graphic, which incorporates each theme of the websites topic. Again simple in design and development. The person we choose must have strong graphic skills and layout skills with up to date technology. We are also seeking the logos of each website in this development too, but each logo will be text logos that will encompass the theme of the website. Each website will need to have the following: 1. RSS 2. CSS 3. Content Management System to add/delete text, pictures, links, and advertisement display. 4. Advertisement space - this will be a big part of the website, advertising space.
