I have to create an extremely simple website, it doesn't any java. All it needs is to look good, have some simple external css and XML. The business plan is a local second hand car dealership/advertising, where people post adverts to sell to other people. I want it to be like this: [login to view URL] but to be a based locally in Kent. This is mainly a business type assignment so its important that the business side is good.
