We need a billing software compatible with cisco call manager express and cisco call manager.
We want to connect our centralized call manager to an ISP which provide us with telephony in order to keep track of the charges and the calls which are made from our clients. Our client also have call manager express and they are going to be connected to our central call manager. What we want to provide to our clients (hotels and travel agents) is the ability to track the calls from each room and the charge of each call they made. Also we are going to need the connection with our hotel management system in order this charge to pass through room bill. For that the developer will have to use the cisco xml api and SDK for this development.
The other application will be the connection with our front office so the client will be able to see his bill via his IP phone for that we will be able to build a web service in order to pass it to the IP phone.
The other application is to connect the ip phone with our order system in order the client to be able to order room service via his IP phone.
