We need a Strategic Closer who understands that high-ticket sales are never logical they are entirely emotional. Our Sales Philosophy (Read carefully before applying): Sales is a Moral Obligation: If you believe in the product, it is your responsibility to follow up. You must view our prospects not as "numbers," but as people whose lives and spaces will be genuinely enriched by acquiring this work. We Sell Emotion, Not artwork: Nobody needs art to survive. They buy art for the status, the feeling it gives them every morning, and the story they get to tell their guests. If you cannot sell the feeling, you cannot sell our art. Friends & Family Approach: We don't interrogate our leads; we build deep, customized customer profiles. We treat our prospects like family we are guiding toward a life-changing investment. Hormozi’s $100M Offers Methodology: You must understand how to frame our various pricing strategies and offers, create ethical scarcity, articulate the "Dream Outcome," and make the acquisition process frictionless. What You Will Do: Take over our Notion CRM containing hundreds of warm leads (people who have interacted with the artist, taken photos of pieces, or joined our VIP list). Conduct highly personalized outreach (calls, customized voice notes, tailored emails/texts) to re-engage, qualify, and close. Guide prospects through "Choice Paralysis" by acting as a concierge art dealer, not a pushy vendor. Relentlessly track your KPIs. We believe in daily accountability. If it isn't tracked in the CRM, it didn't happen. Who You Are: You have Conviction: You don't fear the phone because you believe in the value of what you are offering. High Emotional Intelligence: You know how to read the room (or the text thread). You know when to be nurturing and when to push gently to help a client overcome their own buying hesitation. You are a Professional: You do not leave a shift without completing your daily wrap-up and updating the CRM. Disqualifiers (Do NOT apply if): You view sales as a numbers game where you just "burn through a list" reading a script. You are uncomfortable asking for $3,000, $5,000, or $10,000 on a phone call. You act transactional. We do not ask, "Do you want to buy this?" We ask, "How do you want this room to feel?"
