Crypto Exchange Feasibility & Projections

I’m launching a category-one crypto exchange in Jordan and need a solid decision package before moving further. The work is divided into three tightly-linked deliverables: 1. A full feasibility study that drills into: • Market analysis and direct/indirect competition within Jordan and the wider MENA region • Jordanian regulatory requirements, licensing pathways, and any capital or compliance thresholds • Technical requirements—everything from matching-engine architecture to custody, KYC/AML, and payment-gateway integrations 2. Three-year financial projections built from the ground up: • Revenue forecasts segmented by trading fees, listing fees, and other ancillary lines • Detailed expense projections, including staffing, tech stack, compliance, and marketing • Consolidated profit-and-loss statements showing quarterly and annual views 3. The underlying model assumptions so I can adjust inputs later. At minimum, please state: • Market growth rate scenarios you’ve applied • All operational-expense drivers and their rationale Use tools you’re comfortable with—Excel, Google Sheets, or a financial-modeling platform—so long as formulas remain transparent. Cite every data source, especially for regulatory costs and market-size estimates. I also need the narrative portion of the study in a well-structured Word or Google Doc. I’ll review an outline first to be sure we’re aligned on scope. Once that’s approved, we can proceed to the draft and final hand-off.
