MIcrosoft Business Central - Best Practicies and Ongoing Support

I recently started a new company (new books/GL) and I started using Microsoft Business Central for this company in April 2019. Prior to April, I had six years of detailed experience using Microsoft Great Plains for accounting and AP purposes. Since switching to BC, I’ve had a hard time with the software doing simple tasks that we were used to doing easily in GP.
I’d like to find someone with experience in both BC and GP, so they could help me understand the difference between how certain things work in BC compared to what I know in GP. I’d like this person to review my company setup and GL and Purchase settings in BC.
I’d also like this person to be available for quick troubleshooting questions on an ongoing basis (minimum two hours/month most likely).
