- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Invoicing, chasing of clients with overdue accounts and posting of collections
- Performs the full process of Accounts payable management
- GST/BAS, Sales Tax
- Multi- currency accounts
- Financial reporting - Profit & Loss/ Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budgeting, AR and AP Aging report.
- Other VA role - such as email management, file management, data entry, excel report , month end reports
