I’m looking for reliable help for roughly 20 hours each week. Your spoken English needs to be clear and neutral because a portion of the role involves calling clients and answering the occasional inbound enquiry. I’ll supply a calling platform and a brief script; what matters most is your confidence on the phone and your ability to listen, record notes accurately, and keep conversations friendly yet professional. Beyond calls, you’ll handle three core areas: • Administrative support – chiefly compiling market-research-style reports from data I’ll share. I’ll show you the format I need, and you’ll organise the findings, add light commentary, and deliver a clean PDF each week. • Light data entry – updating our spreadsheets and CRM as fresh information comes in. • General inbox or calendar assistance if I’m travelling or in meetings. I work in Google Workspace, Excel and occasionally Airtable, so comfort with those tools will help you move fast. Strong written English is essential: the reports must read smoothly, with correct spelling and simple visuals where appropriate. Turnaround: I typically assign tasks at the start of the week and like to see the finished market-research report by Friday. Interim check-ins over Slack or Zoom keep us aligned.
