Most of your time will be spent inside Trello, turning conversation notes and meeting takeaways into clear cards, checklists, and deadlines. When processes can be streamlined, feel free to bring in Claude, Fathom, or Otter a.i. to automate call summaries or draft quick reports—we already use these tools and welcome new efficiencies. Beyond Trello upkeep, I rely on you to maintain a clean inbox and an accurate, well-prioritised calendar so nothing slips through the cracks. Routine data entry and light clerical tasks (file naming, document formatting, simple research) will round out the workload.
