I manage an online store and its accompanying social channels and want to bring in one dependable designer for on-going work at US $5 per productive hour. The bulk of the assignments will be minimalist-style infographics that clarify product benefits, step-by-step usage, comparisons, or promotional stats. Our content goes live mainly on Instagram and Facebook, so every piece should be formatted for those feeds (square, story, reel cover) and, when relevant, adapted for the shop’s own product pages. I keep brand guidelines light—clean lines, generous white space, two core colours, and one sans-serif font family—but I expect absolute consistency across posts. Typical weekly flow • I outline the concept and copy in a shared Google Doc. • You draft the graphic in Illustrator or Photoshop, share a watermarked PNG for review. • We do up to two quick tweaks, then you supply final layered source files plus web-ready PNG/JPG versions. * We give you access to canva pro. Turnaround is usually 24 – 48 hours per task. All communication runs through Slack, and I track hours in Toggl so we both stay transparent on the $5/h arrangement.
