Got the artwork, the rounded border + inner grey stroke needs to be extended cleanly so the trim won’t cut into the design. This will be done by rebuilding the border edge (not stretching), so corners stay smooth and the grey outline remains perfectly consistent with no seams or distortion even at high zoom. We have spent the last 10 years solving exactly this type of print-prep and edge-matching problem for textile and print clients. Technical steps: open the high-res PNG in Photoshop (or Affinity/GIMP), sample and recreate the border using layered patches, content-aware/clone and seamless pattern extension, align at sub-pixel precision, preserve original resolution and alpha channel, and export a lossless PNG plus a layered PSD for future edits.
