YouTube Vlog Editing Needed

I shoot regular vlog-style videos for my YouTube channel and now need a skilled editor to turn the raw clips into polished, engaging episodes. Each video runs 8-12 minutes before edits and is a mix of talking-head segments, B-roll, and screen recordings. Here’s what I am after: • Trim out dead space, stumbles, and awkward pauses while keeping the natural vlog rhythm. • Add jump cuts, smooth transitions, simple motion graphics for lower thirds, and occasional zooms or punch-ins to emphasize key moments. • Light color correction and audio cleanup so the footage feels consistent even when recorded in different locations. • Royalty-free background music that complements the content, ducked correctly under dialogue. • A short branded intro (I’ll supply the logo sting) and end screen cards sized for YouTube. Delivery format: 1080p (or the original resolution if higher), H.264 .mp4, plus a project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you use) so I can make future tweaks.
