I need a collection of sharp, believable before-and-after images to promote my men’s barbering brand. Each pair should showcase modern haircut transformations—think clean tapers, textured crops, or skin fades—shot as though they took place inside a contemporary barbershop. Please keep the background consistent with a real shop vibe: chairs, mirrors, tools and ambient lighting that feels authentic rather than stock. The project calls for several different male models (more than one; I’m open to however many you need to create a visually varied set) so the gallery doesn’t look repetitive. Every model must appear in both the “before” and the “after,” with noticeable improvements in shape, texture and overall style while still looking like the same person. You may work with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E or any comparable AI tool, as long as the output is photorealistic and free of obvious artefacts. Colour correction and light retouching in Photoshop or Lightroom to unify the set is expected.
