Think of an orchestration layer where multi-agent AI can plan, act, and learn: no-code flows in Zapier or n8n, autonomous GPT-style assistants for copy and decision making, and AIOps that spot bottlenecks and self-correct. If you need browser or desktop control, lean on open-source tools that can be hosted locally. Core acceptance criteria • Instagram: human-like DM replies, targeted engagement based on profile signals, measurable uplift in conversions. • WhatsApp: equally natural chat, lead capture, and hand-off to sales when confidence falls below a threshold. • Unified dashboard showing conversation logs, sentiment, and auto-improving prompts. • All components documented so I can redeploy or swap models without starting from scratch. Also includes AI agents that plan and execute tasks end-to-end, personal assistants like Microsoft Copilot, no-code automation tools like Zapier and n8n, multi-agent systems (AI teams working together), browser/computer control AI (operating apps and websites), business automation AI (handling leads, marketing, sales, support), and self-learning AIOps systems that detect, fix, and improve processes automatically—together enabling near end-to-end automated workflows with minimal human input.
