CodeIgniter Directory Migration to Google AI

I run a directory-style site that was originally built in CodeIgniter, and I’m ready to move the entire platform onto Google AI Studio so we can tap into its native ML features and easier scaling. The current site lets visitors browse listings, refine them with a detailed product search and filter, drop items into a cart, and complete checkout. All of that core commerce flow must feel identical—or smoother—after the move. Key requirements • Every listing, user account, and past transaction needs to migrate cleanly so registered and guest users experience zero disruption. • User roles remain exactly as they are now: Admin for full control, Registered User for personalised features, and Guest User for quick browsing/checkout. • Product search/filter and the full cart-to-checkout pipeline must be rebuilt inside Google AI Studio and verified against today’s behaviour. Acceptance criteria • I can log in as Admin, add a new listing, and see it appear instantly in public search. • A new visitor can act as Guest, find an item via filters, add it to the cart, and finish checkout without error. • A Registered User’s saved data (orders, profile) is still present and functional post-migration. • Performance on first paint and during filtered searches is equal to or better than the current site on like-for-like hosting. Payment gateways Paypal and Stripe are ccurrently in use that need to be included in the cart. Provide source code, deployment instructions, and a short hand-off call so my internal team can manage future changes inside Google AI Studio.
