i’ve done very similar recently training Flux LoRAs with identity + lighting separation and stable outputs across prompts. How many images per identity and what resolution/consistency are you starting with? Do you want separate LoRAs or a merged multi-concept LoRA with weighted triggers? I suggest training identity and lighting as separate LoRAs and combining at inference, because it avoids feature bleeding and keeps control clean. I also suggest using caption regularization and negative prompts during training to prevent facial drift and lighting artifacts.
