I need your help to setup multi Kubernetes cluster.
1. Create Kubernetes cluster-a on AWS
2. Create Kubernetes cluster-B on local machine (maybe on a docker container)
3. Deploy helloworld app (any rest api app) on both clusters.
4. Setup a LB to handle traffic between clusters.
5. If cluster b is offline or unhealthy, request should be served by cluster A.
