Qualitative Content Analysis to substract core themes

VERY URGENT PROJECT Availability necessary: 30.10 & 31.10.2017 and 25.10. for a short call to test if you are suitable Task description: - A two days meeting 30.10 & 31.10.2017 where you attend and substract core themes - Substract core themes out of the workshop material that were conducted before -The wokshops (with voluntary employyes) had the task: dream about the future where the Global Shared Service Center is highly collaborative and truthful -The workshops result material consists of: around 25 visuals of the future state of the Shared Service Center (drawn by participants) 25 correpsonding videos (participants explain their visuals), 25 Flipchart photos (roots/basis for the visuals) -During the meeting on 30.-31. you will go through all the workshop material (visuals, videos, flipcharts) and together with two project members you will extract 5-10 core themes that were dominating in the workshop material -Your substraction should be done using or having skills in a proper "qualitative content analysis or semiotics" methodology (the customer wants an "Specialist/expert" on this topic) Thats it.
