Android App Functionality Review

I’m seeking a fresh, unbiased look at the current production build of my Google Play app, with the sole focus on how well the core features actually work for real users. Your job is to install the latest release, use every primary screen and workflow, and tell me—clearly and concretely—where the user journey flows and where it stalls. What I need from you • A concise test plan that covers every advertised feature. • A written report (PDF or shared doc) describing each feature’s usability: what feels intuitive, what causes confusion, and why. • Screenshots or short screen-record videos illustrating the key pain points you uncover. • Action-oriented recommendations ranked by impact so I can fix or refine in the next sprint. Acceptance criteria The review is complete when every in-scope feature has: 1. A pass/fail assessment of its intended behaviour. 2. A usability score with a short rationale. 3. At least one concrete improvement suggestion where the score is less than excellent.
