Hi, My name is Rupak Adhikari and I am from Nepal. I am an android developer specialized in IPTV and TV applications. I did start my career as an Android Mobile developer but now I am working as a senior Android IPTV developer in New IT venture corp. which head office is located in Tokyo Japan and the production office is in Kathmandu Nepal. This company mainly works in the IPTV, streaming, and other multimedia sectors. In this office, I did work on various IPTV projects which are being used by more than 1 million users. Our main TV projects run on the local network of the provider ISP. For example, NETTV NEPAL, VIATV, PRABHU TV in Nepal, and WORLD ON DEMAND is for Japan. I will attach the sample images of our work. Due to COVID 19, we have much less work and we only providing support so I think to work in UP work and made account. I did search for various IPTV or Android TV projects but not having experience in UPWORK I did not submit any proposal for the whole project from scratch but in your job, you need to create an android TV app so I am submitting the proposal. I have enough experience to develop your application so I hoped we will have some chat. As for Android TV UI, I used a lean back framework for UI and Exoplayer for the streaming of media players.
