i need someone who can develop an custom android keyboard for devanagari script with functionalities of word suggestion and spellchecker in suggestion_strip which the dictionary should be stored locally.

I have the datasets and the interface layout already designed only the functionalities part is needed. I will provide the word_data/datasets for devanagari language and the keyboard layout that is already created.
