Need a basic lookup app, this app will look up a spreadsheet table when customer enters in two values (x and y)

See image attached

Diagram will be shown on app.

First the Customer will choose wind load N1, N2 or N3 from a list/ pull down menu.

Then Customer will enter the W value

And also the span value in millimetres.

Then the app will use the spreadsheet to determine which beam size to use B100x50, B165x50 or B225x50. Which are the main headings on the spreadsheet.

This Beam size will be display to my customer.
