I want to make 2 android applications. One which converts GSM to VOIP and Vice Versa. This will be installed on Device Number 1. The second application will be installed on Device Number 2. Calls will be able to be received via VOIP on this device and calls will also be able to be made to the other phone and converted from VOIP to gsm on Device Number 1. I want sms functionality also in this app. **** Note this is small budget project ********
