I am looking for a professional developer to create an application for international shipping. This application will mainly be used to allow customers to select their chosen type of international shipping service; the focus is limited to specific countries.
App should include shipping prices and taxes. The main objective is to avoid having a third party handle the purchases.
Spanish speakers highly preferred, but English is fine too.
It should feature courier services as well as postal services, and be delivered ASAP.
