Build a service marketplace platform

Hi, I want to build a fortune telling marketplace platform. There would be a website (frontend and backend) and an app (iOS and Android). Each fortune teller would have their own dashboard where they can write their bio, include their rates and a calendar with their availabilities and in real time. Each practitioner should be able to choose different time slots for consultations and add their prices accordingly (for example : 30min sessions at £15, 45 min sessions at £20). They should each have on their dashboard the possibility to promote their services on social media. The platform should be multilingual and have multi currencies and offer to clients the possibility to buy one course or choose packages. There should be multiple payment methods and payments should be made online and the calculation of the percentage going to the owner of the platform should at first be defined manually and then calculated automatically. The practitioners should be able to consult via the platform either by chat, by audio and by video. The platform should have an intuitive and feature rich navigation bar, social media sharing, shopping cart and check-out process, the owner of the platform should be able to randomly listen to check the work of its practitioners during the time they are in a session. The platform should have advertising revenue models for extra income.
