1. As marketing consultant, I can bring you projects. I will bear the payment responsibility. That means, I am going to do marketing for you for free.

Second Point

3. I also want to buy some websites and apps from you.

4. These website/apps should be offering any service to user. For example, it may be an app like olx, urbanclap, uber, or website like free classified, job, loyalty points etc. Or any website where different sellers can sell their products (small Amazon type) etc. Feel free to suggest your own thoughts.

5. Please note

A. I want to buy only those apps/websites which are ready with you.

B. Once it is ready with you, that means, your client has already paid you.

C. And thus, you can give it to me for throw away price.

Cost

6. I will bear cost of domain, hosting, server space, Google Play Store $25 listing fee etc on me. That burdon is not on you.

7. I can not pay you as much as your clients are paying. I am looking for a long term relation.

I repeat, I can not pay you big money. But I can bring regular projects. That way, you and me, we both can make good money in long term.
