We have our custom rom source Android 9, which uses it's own setup wizard. The setup wizard is not detected by the os as device initialisation wizard. It straight away goes to homescreen. We need it to appear as default when the os boots up. Please bid if you are an expert at Android ROM customizations. Thanks.
