Improve scrolling speed of Angular SPA

EVERYTHING A SCANNER SHOULD BE AND MORE Cool logo by the way. It reminds me of adam sandler's movie "Pixels". You should watch it if you haven't already. This is what I noticed when I ran the application offline. 1) I couldn't pull data from your API, due to authorization issues. 2) The pre-loader keeps blinking indefinitely (I guess). 3) Clicking other links keeps redirecting you to "Planner" tab, except for scanner tab 4) There is a warning about a plugin "[login to view URL]" when compiling. I suspect this is the cause of the issue 5) There is a warning about a file name "filename [login to view URL]" Now, debugging other people's code is not a joke despite the fact that the previous developer tried to make his code clear for us snoopers. I couldn't exactly pin-point the source of the scrolling issue because data didn't load from the API, so I am hoping that you will grant me access once you hire me.
