MeteorJS (A javascript framework for building cross platform real-time applications)
Angular2+ (Front End Framework) Some back end angular code server side
NodeJS (Used for NPM & some other services) not using express / using Meteor
GraphQL (An API Query Language) More advanced than REST, can be used on top of REST
Apollo (The implementation of GraphQL for Angular) / (Meteor - Angular)
TypeScript (A typed super set of JavaScript that compiles to plain JavaScript) Strongly Typed
PhoneGap: Appache-Cordova / Used with Meteor to build cross platform mobile applications
* I am ok with using Ionic for mobile apps. Ionic also works well with MeteorJS
ElectronJS: A JavaScript framework for desktop applications. Runs on Node / Works with Meteor
Databases: MongoDB as it is the default database utilized within Meteor and is best fitted for Meteor's DDP protocol for real-time apps. MySQL access for displaying data via GraphQL to the application. Possibly other database integration using GraphQL
GraphiQL (A web based query editor for use with GraphQL to visual view queries)

I have built the Front End website using Joomla. I can do the website / Joomla all myself. The Back End has been built using the tools mentioned above. I will require assistance with the Back End development.
