Animation needed for Penguin Rocket Flying game

Hello! I am looking for a freelance artist to help animate a potential 2D mobile game. The basis of the game is of a Young Penguin named Puffy, who everyone told him he could never fly, who gets a hold of a Rocket Pack to be able to fly as much and as far as he can by sliding down an ice hill-slide. The player will be able to upgrade to different, better rocket packs using in game currency (gold fish) collected by flying through levels. The player will also be able to fly through various winter-themed levels. In-App purchases for special levels, rocket Packs and special characters will also be available. Looking for an animator who will be able to use His/Her imagination to design many different fun, cute-styled winter levels, rocket packs, in game characters including Puffy.
