Hiring Motion Graphics & Voice for KickStart Project

I am looking for someone who can create a motion graphics video for kickstart project, as well the Voice for the video. The project will be a middleman bot for CS:GO (Steam Platform Game). For those who don't know what a middleman is: A middleman is a person who takes items of both persons that are trading and then distributes them to the other person. So instead of someone going first, you give your item(-s) to a middle man then then the middle man takes item off the other trader and gives it to you and gives your item to the other trader. For this project what you need to explain: 1. Middleman bot will be on a website. 2. Will ask for user to log in throw steam. 3. Will ask who want to trade (profile link) and also tell to the buyer/seller use the website and log in. 3.1. Will check both users if he is banned in SteamRep, if he is banned should give the warning that he is banned and if wanna continue or not. 4. If he's not banned or want to continue will ask if he wants to trade or sell the item (real money) 5. Will generate private/public code for both of users making sure that the transactions are unique and it's only between them 6. Will ask if wanna receive / send the money throw Paypal or BitCoins 7. Will ask to the buyer to send the money as family and friends to paypal email or [login to view URL] link and will promote warning that will take 10% for using the bot to keep system alive and % of fee for using Paypal, if he wants as bitcoin will show the address. 8. The bot will check if he actually sended the money to the paypal/bitcoin, if yes, will ask the seller to send trade to the buyer 9. The bot will keep an eye on the buyer inventory to see if he accepted the trade, if so the money will send to the seller, if not will return 100% of it (Including the paypal fees he paid). and that's it. If any question is needed please tell on the bid. This bid will last at least 60 Days. I would prefer persons who are understanding of Steam Platform and currently trading rules in CS:GO.
